On a whim, I used some chocolate sugar cookie dough to fashion these tasties. The chilled cookie logs are rolled in slivered almonds, then cut into little cross sections. The pieces are then dimpled in the center, and filled with a cheese filling. After they have baked at 375F for 12 minutes or so, I add a drop of dark chocolate to finish them off....
